Default Setting up OE for Hotmail Plus

I just subscribed to hotmail plus so I could accesss my hotmail account with
Outllok Express. I carefully followed the posted directions to set up OE 6.
Whenever I try to connect to Hotmail, I receive the following msg;

Unable to poll for new messages on your HTTP server. Account: 'Hotmail',
Server: 'http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp', Protocol:
HTTPMail, Server Response: 'Redirected', Port: 0, Secure(SSL): No, Error
Number: 0x80004005

How do I resolve this and why is it so difficult to get support, I thought
that came with a purchased product!

Hotmail and IE6/OE6 - some things to check
- Go to IE6 Tools/Internet Options/Privacy tab, then click Edit. enter
"hotmail.com" and click "allow all cookies".
- Check in Internet Explorer under Tools/Internet Options/Security that
the user has not changed the password setting from 'prompt for username
and password' to 'anonymous logon' in internet zone. The option setting
for anonymous logon may cause the error.
