Default OE 6.0 can't send

I have OE 6.0 and have contacted my ISP for help but they see no problem. I
can receive emails but can't send. This just started about a week ago.
Before that it worked fine. Haven't downloaded anything and have ran Norton.
Thanks for any help!!!

Error 0x800ccc0d or 0x800ccc0f or 0x800ccc19 when Receiving or Sending
E-Mail

Turn off the e-mail scanning in your anti-virus.

If you have an Anti-Spam program, that can also be the cause of the error.

If all else fails, dump Norton.

Hi pdeluca490,

There is a possibility that this is related to the MS Outlook Express
security update of April 11, 2006, particularly if you have saved old
address book files. It was delivered through the week so it may have been
installed in the following few days. See the following for more information.
It should be fairly easy to check out.

I don't know if the error you have is one people see when experiencing a
problem after the update. Someone may correct me before you take any action.
