My Spam folder fills so quickly it takes forever to delete the stuff
one page at a time. Is there a way to empty the entire folder at once?

Click on one message to highlight the header, (you can do this while offline
so the message isn't revealed). Then, Ctrl+A will highlight all the messages
| Click: Delete.

If you can direct OE to move spam to the 'deleted items" folder instead of
the "spam" folder they will be deleted when you close OE. (if you have that
option enabled) I always take a peek at mail that flies into my "deleted
items" folder before quitting OE.
