Default how to transfer a group in IE6

Assume I have 500 entries in my Outlook Express 6 address book.
Around 100 of these are in a group (actually a number of club members).
I want to send a copy of the 100 addresses in this group to a friend.
How do I achieve this in a way that will allow my friend to add the group to
his email addresses.
Please note that we must not disturb the rest of my friends address book.

To export a group go to Start | Run and type
wab /new
and save it, giving it the name of the group, keeping the WAB extension.
Now open your group, select one contact and press Ctrl-A to Select All then
Ctrl-C to Copy All.
Go to the new address book, click in the contact area and press Ctrl-V to
Paste All.
