Hello,
my customer is using Outlook Express 6.0 installed on stand alone Win XP machine in a home environment without any server. He tell me that starting from two weeks ago, when he try to send out a mail, Outook ask to check name and he connot proced with sending. In "to" field he write the complete email address manually. And when he try to send message outlook ask for check name. I've tried to deactivate "Check names against this server when sending mail" check box present in Tools - Account - Directory Service - but the result is the same. Have you got any idea to solve this problem? Thank you in advance Regars Maurizio |

I had a customer that could not send any mail due to "address not valid" on every address. A new identity fixed it. Another customer could not add any attachments. A new identity fixed it. Seems corrupted identities can cause all sort of weird problems. |
