Is this the message that you are seeing?

Note: To protect against computer viruses, e-mail programs
may prevent sending or receiving certain types of file
attachments. Check your e-mail security settings to
determine how attachments are handled.

If so, this registry key will get rid of the message:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Policies\System]
"WarningMsgInBody"=""

You can either manually edit the registry, or copy/paste the above 3
lines into Notepad, and save with an *.REG file name (e.g.
Attachment-warning.REG ). Then double click the REG file to update the
registry.

For more information, see this article:
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=327010

The additional part that says:
"The message is ready to be sent with the following file or link
attachments:"
with the file name you'll have to manually remove if you don't want it.
