Not ANY spam. Read the Terms of Service:

"Our Service provides you with an account that allows you to be paid to
receive and read certain emails. You agree that you may be required to
open the email in order to be paid. Cashette provides you the means to
name your own price for receiving such email. You agree that your price
for receiving such email is the price listed in your account whether you
choose to use the default price or name a different one. You agree to
receive email, whether it is of an advertising nature or not, so long as
you are paid your price for receiving that email.

You agree that Cashette only facilitates the payment to you for
receiving email from email addresses not in your address book or
Approved List. You agree that the sender of the email, not Cashette, is
the payer and bears full responsibility of the payment. "

I don't expect you'll make much money.

Is it true that for any spam received you actually get paid if you use
cashette for your pop3 emails. What is the catch or problems with
using this programme

This is the kill clause:

"You agree that the sender of the email, not Cashette, is
the payer and bears full responsibility of the payment. "

Right.
