When I scan to an email in Outlook Express the scan is too large. How can I
optimise the scan to fit Outlook Express-- I am a novice in these matters so please be precise in your reply. Stan |

Graphics? You should be able to change the scan settings, i.e. scan to 50%
of original size etc. If necessary, scan the graphic to your HDD and use your photo imaging program to resize it and then insert it into a new message. OE displays every pixel.

I have since found out that the resolution default setting on the Brother
DCP-117C is 300 x 300 dpi. By resetting the resolution to 100 x 100 dpi. the problem is solved. -- Stan "Ron Sommer" wrote: OE displays every pixel.
