Outlook Express will not open fully
I dont understand what happened to outlook express. I think it might have
something to do with an update but I cannot(dont really want to) use system restore. When I open outlook express it just freezes and makes a "ding". It locks up,and I have to use CTRL-ALT-DELETE. PLEASE HELP Thanks, Scott S.
