Friend has XP Home SP1 and OE6 will not print emails. No error message, just
no response from otherwise OK Epson printer. Would SP2 fix this problem?

I can't say for sure, but I would definitely install SP2 and the fifty, or
so patches that have been released since then.

Be sure to download everything with the anti-virus program disabled to
insure a clean install.
