Unable to Import/Export Address Book
Until recently, I have been able to import my address book for backup
purposes. I recently upgraded to Microsoft Office 2000 which includes MS Outlook which I do not use. Ever since then, I have been unable to import/export my address book. When I click address book, then click on File, the options Import/Export are grayed out. How can I resolve this? Thanks.
