Joy, I am trying to puzzle out the same issue. Let me use my own words. On
my machine if I send an e-mail with a picture attached, the recipient, when he opens the e-mail, see the text I have written followed by the opened picture. On another similar computer system, when the recipient opens the e-mail, only the text shows. The recipient must click on the picture file icon in the "attachment" line to open the picture. My question: what adjustment is making the difference in response? "Joy" wrote in message ... Someone just sent me several .jpg images. They open OK from the Attach window, but usually they show up in the body of the e-mail. I haven't changed any settings, but I can't remember where to look to make sure that they DO show in the e-mail itself. |
