It is easy enough to attach Word documents and electronic images to an
email. But how can I attach to an email copies of emails already sent without first pasting them into Word and making them Word documents? Others have sent me attached emails with (I think) an ".eml" suffix. How do I make them? I don't seem to be able to identify anything from the selected "store" folder. Derek |

Hi Derek,
E-mail messages can be (saved as) *.eml files and then attached. They can also be forwarded as an attachment from within Outlook Express. Right-click on an e-mail header and choose Forward as an Attachment. This option is also available from the Message menu for a highlighted message header. -- Tim K. aka Kuay Tim MS-MVP - Outlook Express Lynnwood, WA * "Derek" wrote in message ... emails are stored lumped together in dbx files in oe
either rightclick the email in the folder select 'forward as attachment' or drag the chosen email to a folder/desktop and it will save with the .eml extension then add it as an ordinary attachment -- - Adaware http://www.lavasoft.de spybot http://security.kolla.de AVG free antivirus http://www.grisoft.com Etrust/Vet/CA.online Antivirus scan http://www3.ca.com/securityadvisor/virusinfo/scan.aspx Panda online AntiVirus scan http://www.activescan.com Panda online AntiSpyware Scan http://www.pandasoftware.com/virus_info/spyware/test/ Catalog of removal tools (1) http://www.pandasoftware.com/download/utilities/ Catalog of removal tools (2) http://www3.ca.com/securityadvisor/n...aspx?CID=40387 Trouble Shooting guide to Windows http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/ Blocking Unwanted Parasites with a Hosts file http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/hosts.htm links provided as a courtesy, read all instructions on the pages before use Grateful thanks to the authors/webmasters _ "Derek" wrote in message ...
