Default importing OE inbox messages from one PC to second PC.

I don't know what I'm doing! I've copied OE inbox.dbx onto a second computer
the correct way, but now I'm trying to import the file into new computer's OE
store folder. Problem is, the store window "change" can't recoginize the
..dbx file. The computer CAN recognize the file. What am I meant to do
now????? Any help appreciated. Thanks.
