Animated Avatar slows 400% when emailed as Attachment
I have a new Avatar, animated. When trying to show it to a friend via email
attachment, we saw that the speed of the animation had slowed by 400%, ruining the overall effect. I would like to know why. (It runs at normal speed until emailed) The size is 260KB (My ISP OKs several Megs): 150X107 pix. I wish I could get it down to 100X100, 24KB max. I tried reducing the diminsions in Paint but, the animation completely stopped. Any ideas greatly appreciated. System: XP Home SP2, IE 7 Beta 2 (currently trying FireFox though), OE 6, Broadband cable ISP (Cox), ISP supplied Authentium Security Suite, SpyBot, all fully updated and clean.
