Default blocking news messages by "x-authenticated-user"

...
it seems not possible with the version 6.0 of outlook express to block
news
messages by their "x-authenticated-user" property. "block sender" command
blocks the message by the sender's mail address. it is not also possible
to
achieve this by creating message rules for news. so, i would like to know
if
there is any utility to filter messages before (or may be after) they
reach
outlook express?
thanks
