SMTP Rejected email address
This problem started yesteday and only occurs using Outlook Express (if
I log into the Charter web site I can send email fine). I have no problems receiving mail...only sending to an address OUTSIDE Charter.net. The following message occurs: The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail address was '. Subject 'still another test', Account: 'Charter Email', Server: 'smtp.charter.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 #5.1.0 Address rejected.', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79 None of my settings have changed in Outlook Express. Port 25 SMTP.charter.net, bo authentication, etc. I tried to call their tech support.....they had no clue. Please help! Thanks in advance Terry
