I think that if user makes anything, which carry into lose his work,
program must prevent it or alert user.
For example, I am typing an answer on letter and accidentally click on
the button "template". As a result: I lost all my work!!

I'm not sure what you are asking as there is no Template button in OE when
replying to a message. That said, it is a good habit to click File | Save,
or Ctrl+S, every paragraph, or so. Doing this will save a copy of everything
you have done so far in the Drafts folder.

Even better is File | Save As to save outside of OE, as sometimes the draft
message gets messed up. That's when the unsent feature works for eml files.
