Default Old Freeserve logon details keep appearing when I'm trying to send on-line forms off

Nature

When I try to fill in an on-line form on a website and send it off, my ancient freeserve.com logon menu box appears and then an error message box and the form can't be sent off. Since having Freeserve, I have had Wanadoo and now I am on Tesco broadband. How can I stop the above happening and send the form via tesco broadband? I have loaded the Student version of Office 2003 with the new version of outlook express on it. Will this have messed up with the old version?? I am perplexed and would really appreciate a solution to the problem as I have to fill in university forms on line ASAP.

Thanks.

Tilly Floss.

Look in OE at File, Identities, Manage Identities.

Do you have more than one identity, possibly an identity for each of the
ISPs you have used?

There is an option there for which identity programs should try to use.
Make sure that it says to use your current one. You may also want to
delete any obsolete identities.
