OE application error msimn.exe
I do not know what happened but all of a sudden, my OE email does not work.
XP, windows, all applications, and virus protection are all updated. When I open OE, I get a message that there was an error and the program has to shut down. When I hit Debug, the program shuts down. When I reopen, it does the same thing. I have tried to do what the FAQ suggests; however, I do not know anything about a registry. I fear messing with that as I use my computer for business. The Microsoft program error report includes: Message to Microsoft includes: AppName: msimn.exe AppVer: 6.0.2900.2180 ModName: ntdll.dll ModVer: 5.1.2600.2180 Offset: 00001010 I do not know what that means. Can anyone help me fix the problem? -- Thank you for any help.
