We have a computer that is experiencing problem opening e-mail from Outlook
Express. Sometimes when we try to open a file, it will come out with these 2
error message,

"One or more parts of this message could not be displayed."

"There was an error opening this message.
There is not enough memory."

After we log out and log in again, the message will not appear anymore until
next time.

Does anyone know what happen?

This could be caused by a large message that has be broken apart when sent,
either you did not select all parts or you did not receive all the parts?
The setting that controls this in OE is at
toolsaccountsmailaccountpropertiesadvanced. (500KB is about right)?
To view such a broken message select all parts while holding the Ctrl key
then on the message menu choose 'combine & decode'
