Address Book fgrom Groupwise to OE http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=262154 There is no direct way to import the messages. You will have to find a thrid party tool (use Google). I'm sure there are some work arounds for it but none will be fun to do expecially with multiple computers. |

When outlook express is first opened, a wizard asks if you want to import
other email messages and all the groupwise emails are transfered. But on some of our pc's, people were already using outlook express and I can't seem to find a way for the wizard to work. I don't recall Outlook Express asking to import mail on first run but
Outlook I do know does that. Are you perhaps confusing the two? Outlook and Outlook Express are two different programs. "Eddie" wrote in message ... It's Outlook express 6.0. It's the email program, not the business
management program. Thanks "DGuess" wrote: I don't recall Outlook Express asking to import mail on first run but Outlook I do know does that. Are you perhaps confusing the two? I just did a setup of OE6 on Virtual PC and wasn't prompted to import and
messages. You can set up a test Identity to see if it will prompt you, open Regedit then rename the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities subkey to Identities.old and the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Accounts Manager to Internet Accounts Manager.old and when you start OE, it will act as though it's never been run before. Any old messages already in OE can be imported. "Eddie" wrote in message ... It's Outlook express 6.0. It's the email program, not the business management program.
