Default deleting cache

I have worked offline, now when navigating online and pressing the
back-button, I get the old page stored in the cache instead of the actual
page from the net. To get this, I have to push the actualize-button.
I have deleted the temporary files, but the cache pages seems to be stored
elsewhere.
How can I solve that problem?

In IE, holding the SHIFT key while refreshing usually forces the web site to
give you the latest version of that page.
