Default Recipient is receiving messages altered by technical data

Good day expert;

My Outlook E. version is 6
I operate windows 98

When i send messages to a specific recipient he gets the text; however,
altered as following:

ORIGINAL TEXT

"Thank you Jamil for your N.B.:
can you please copy and paste the message that you have
recieved
and send it to me by mail: I am not able to duplicate the
garbled text
you are recieving.
Thanks"

TEXT RECEIVED BY RECIPIENT:

Default Recipient is receiving messages altered by technical data

Garbage, such as +ACE+, is caused by using a character set such as
utf-7.

In OE5+ you should use "Western European (ISO)" for Encoding. Places to
check this:
- Tools, Options, Send, International
- Tools, Options, Read, Font
- Tools, Options, Read, International
- When composing a message, look in Format, Encoding

Additionally the recipient is getting the message in HTML format. He
shouldn't be seeing the HTML coding (e.g. "DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC").
Possibly his mail client doesn't support HTML. Or it may be that it is
being confused by the UTF encoding and so doesn't recognize the HTML as
HTML.
