Nothing was saved, and the computer did the usual introductory tour when first turned on after purchase. i was annoyed, however my internet worked. the next day, i turn it on to find all my files, songs and word documents back, and the internet not working. it has not worked since that time. I would sincerely appreciateany help you could give me. Thanks, Susannah Symes.
