Your antivirus program is set to scan incoming email. Open your antivirus
program and disable the option to scan email and reset the server info one more time. Now see if it's fixed. If so, make sure that email scanning is left off (and it does not leave you vulnerable if you routinely update your AV program since any attempt to open/save an infected file will prompt you with a warning). -- Jim Pickering, MVP, Outlook Express https://mvp.support.microsoft.com/pr...8-1171988A62D6 Please deliver feedback to the newsgroup, so that others can be helped.
