Default OE can't decode messages

Every now and then I get mail that should be one page including some text
with a picture included and end up getting 90 pages of unreadable jibberish.
It says "mulit-mime-format"
When this happens I see an envelove with no subject. If I try to reply no
address comes up.
It seems my OE can't de-code some messages. It happens to different messages
sent by different people. Some times they are normal, other times unreadable.
Anything I can do? Thanks, Duke

Usually its from the sender's end with a non-compliant messaging program.
You can do a CTRL-F3 on an open message to determine what program they are
using. Tell those individuals to send with plain text only.

One possibility is that they breaking apart messages on sending. If
they are using Outlook Express, the setting is at Tools, Accounts, Mail,
Properties, Advanced. Have them Uncheck the break apart option. Other
mail programs may have a similar setting.
