I am not receiving email from one sender. it is newsletter from a shop. what
can be the reson? iI did put out the spam.. thanks |

If you have no spam program blocking it, no message rules, and it is not in
Blocked Senders, then it may be your ISP that is causing this. Some ISPs will not deliver mail that does not have a valid address in the To field. This is why we suggest that anyone using BCC should put their own address in the To field.
