Default help!

Please help, my outlook express seems to think all attachments should be
displayed as plain text rather than downloadable.I's there some setting
causing this?

I think you need to clarify. The difference with Plain Text and Downloadable
is about the same as a Chevy and a lighter. Two totally different things
unrelated.

Try Ctrl+F3 to see the Message Source.

Do you mean that rather than seeing an indication of an attached file,
you see a jumble of characters?

Is this in e-mail or newsgroups?

If you are seeing this in newsgroups, it might well be an issue of the
posters using yEnc encoding. OE doesn't support yEnc, but there are
several add-on programs that will allow you to deal with this.

If you are seeing it in e-mail, it's most liking an issue on the
sender's end.
