Default Transferring Emails to My Documents

Help! I am trying to help husband transfer emails to new computer and have
hit a roadblock. I archived the import folder into My Douments/ Outlook 2
folder. I cannot open the folder which is quite large. It ask what program
to open folder with. Please advise.

You do not open the folder. You import from the program.
