Default Forward message intact?

I have received a 'newsletter' as an email. Its format is similar to a
web page, namely text with inline images. How can I forward it so that
it arrives unchanged please? If I use Forward I just get the text, no
images. And even that is spoiled by being quoted.

Tools | Options | Send. Select HTML instead of Plain Text, and in HTML
Settings, check Send pictures with messages and if checked, uncheck the
Indent feature.
