is there a way I can turn off the "unread mail notification" on the XP logon
page at startup ? for one of my user accounts the number of unread emails is showing and i'd rather keep it hidden ? thanks for any insight on this |

In the right pane modify: Message Count, Change it to 0. HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\UnreadMail.
