I have tried AVG and AVAST free versions on two systems and they block IE and
Outlook Express. I get a connection error with Outlook Express and Cannot find the Page with IE. I can disable AVAST or AVG and Internet Exployer and Outlook Express both work OK. I cannot figure this one out. Any Help would be appreciated. ccates @ bak.rr.com |

One, use only one AV program.
Two uninstall both then reinstall AVG and this time use customized installation and do not include email scaning for OE or any Office support. Three, clear the Temporary Internet Files folder, History and Cookies. Four, clear the Windows\Temp folder and all the Temp folder in the Documents and Settings folder for all users Reboot.
