Default Transporting "Contacts" address book from Outlook to Outloook Expr

Anyone know how to do this?

Please don't just say use a .pst File, as my new pc doesn't seem to offer
that option. If that is the best way, any chance of offering the solution
is step-by-step Idiot's Guide form?
