Default I need a simple question answered..

I imagine for all you computer savvy peeps out there this question is simple,
Every time i try to send a email in outlook express i get this error code

An unknown error has occurred. Account: 'pop.tds.net', Server:
'smtp.tds.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 Service not available',
Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC69

I use dialup at my house, but wireless at my parents house (which is where i
am now, i didn't know if that had something to do with it.) Please help
