Default Indent original message

I am using Outlook Express 6 and now when I want to reply to a message Outlook will not indent the original text.

I have all the setting right and it still does not indent.

Can anyone help.

Thanks

OE won't do that like Outlook does.

Is this with HTML or plain text?

If you are using plain text and the message to which you are replying was
sent in MIME/Quoted Printable, OE will not place the quote character. Note
that your message was MIME/Quoted Printable and there is no quote character
in my reply.
