Default Lost my emails in OE

I am using OE and for some unknown reason, today when I launched OE, all of
my previously viewed emails were sent to the C:\Documents and
Settings\Owner\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\.... folder. They
are saved as database files (.dbx).

How do I restore these files and get my emails back into my inbox and the
other folders I had created?
