Default saving outgoing e-mails in a folder

HELP!!

I have a few standard e-mails I use for business saved in a folder (so I do
not have to re-type the same e-mail over and over)

They are saved in an .eml extension. I used to be able to open the file
(icon looks like an envelope) fill in the To: space; make any customizations
in the text and send.

All of a sudden the messages open with no headers (no To: CC; etc.)

I cannot even save new messages as they always save in this "no header"
format.

How can I fix this?

TIA!

Updating your OE with this:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...DisplayLang=en

It also backs up your messages when you compact and sets the count back
to zero.

That said, why don't you just create signatures for all your form emails
and do it that way? You can create them in .htm or plain text format.

Hotfix did not change anything--I want to be able to open the saved e-mail,
type in the address and send it (like I used to be able to so!) everything
is there but the place where you type in the address--it is just solid grey
instead of white spaces where you can type!

Did you reboot after installing the hotfix? If you compact messages,
does OE put a back up in your recycle bin?

Are these old emails you saved? Try creating a new one and see if you
have the same problem.

Did you make the registry edit as outlined in the KB article? If not, go to
this link and read how to obtain a file that will edit the registry for you:
