Default Watched messeges

How do i get all my watched messages to be at the top of the list so i don't
have to scroll to find them ?

click on the spectacle column header.

Sort by Watched, Descending. Alt-V,B,W Alt-V,B,D

(or click appropriately on the column header showing the spectacles)

But you don't have to "scroll" anyway. E.g. just change your View
to show only Watched messages. Alt-V,V,W (etc.)
