Outlook Express: .dbx files

Outlook: .pst files.

Which do you have?

Default pst problem

PST files are only usable by an installed version of Outlook. Without
Outlook installed, copying a PST file to a computer is a waste of time as it
is unreadable by any program other than *Outlook* and only Outlook. Your
friend is mistaken.
