I upgraded to SP2 last week and Outlook disappeared off my desktop and start
menu. After contacting Microsoft, they told me where to find it. It started right up and had all my folders, addresses, etc. However, now two things happen: 1. Every email I get comes as an attachment and can't be viewed in the preview pane - it is just blank. Even those emails in plain text. Same is true for the newsgroups - they all come in as attachments whereas before they could be previewed. 2. When I hit compose, I can type in the address and subject line but nothing in the email box to write the email. I can't click there - it is essentially greyed out. Has anybody had this problem or can suggest options? |
