Just add the account, tools/accounts. However, MS only allows it for paid
account and/or older free ones.

Paid to MS who owns Hotmail. It has nothing to do with your Internet
provider.

Just try to add it. If it fails you're not eligible. The paid part may not
be the case for Hotmail, I may have confused it with Yahoo Mail.

For new MSN Hotmail accounts, created after Sept. 26, 2004, and for old
MSN Hotmail accounts never used with MS Outlook Express prior to that
date, the only way to add a Hotmail account to MSOE is to pay $19.95 per
month for MSN Hotmail Plus.

For Yahoo! Mail accounts in the 'yahoo.com' domain, since about April,
or May, 2004, POP3/SMTP access has required a Yahoo! Mail Plus account
for $19.99 per year. So far, free accounts in other countries, domains
such as 'yahoo.co.ca', 'yahoo.co.jp', and 'yahoo.co.uk', only require a
subscription to "Yahoo! Delivers" for POP3/SMTP access.

The only free MSN Hotmail accounts which can access through MS Outlook
Express are those which were being accessed through MSOE prior to Sept.
26, 2004.

If you don't have such a Hotmail account, you have to use an MSN Hotmail
Plus account, at $19.95 per year.

If you want to use Outlook Express to access your Hotmail account, you must
have an MSN subscription, or Hotmail Plus. For more information, visit the
