HEEEEELLLLLLPPPPPP
One machine has Outlook Express 2002 and another machine has the latest version of Outlook Express (I cannot remember the version). Both email databases have a number of emails already in them. How do I simply get the emails from the Outlook Express 2002 database to the latest version without overwriting emails in the target. These machines are not networked together. Most of these emails have attachments. Ideally I would like to preserve folders, but this is more of a nice to have. I tried in vain to transfer via a hotmail account. |

There is no such thing as Outlook Express 2002.
You can manually import dbx files using the method in the last paragraph on this page: www.oehelp.com/backup.aspx See also www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx steve "PromisedOyster" wrote in message oups.com... As Steve said, there is no Outlook Express 2002. But there is an
Outlook 2002, which is a completely different program with different message storage. In each your mail program select Help, About and it will tell you the name of the program and the version. From that we'll be better able to advise you on copying messages. -- Mike - http://pages.prodigy.net/michael_santovec/techhelp.htm "PromisedOyster" wrote in message oups.com...
