My dad has switched back from incredimail, to outlook express.
He is having no luck forwarding on pics that are embedded in the mail.
I don't know how to fix it, don't know what I am looking for.
Even I have noticed some of mine don't go thru either.
If someone has the time, please.

Are you using Outlook Express? You can't explain where it is? Click on Tools
at the top in the Menu Bar and then Options at the bottom of the drop-down,
and then the Send Tab, and then the HTML Settings Button.

I can't explain it any easier without including a screen shot, but since you
are using the clunky Web Interface to post, you won't see it.

Use OE as your newsreader and I can do that.

Make sue that he is starting at the Tools menu item in the main OE
window. You get a different menu if you start from a message
composition or message reading window.

If he's found the Tools, Options, Send dialog, there are 2 HTML Settings
buttons towards the bottom. One for mail and the other for news.
