Default Leave messages on server (pop3)

My family has a family email account on the pop3 server of my ISP.
Family members wish to access the inbox and receive all emails at
differnt time and location. Is it possible to setup OE6 such that all
messages are left on the pop3 server after downloading to one's PC?

Thank you
