Password Request
A computer has both OE and Outlook 2003. OE is password protected to
start up. When the user opens Outlook, the prompt for OE pops up even without OE being started. How is OE tied into Outlook at that point?

Password Request
It's tied in only for reading newsgroups. If you create a news account
