Click on the email ABOVE it. Hold down your Shift key and click on the
email BELOW it. All 3 will darken. Take your finger off the Shift key. Hit Delete. In your Delete folder, if you want either of those two good emails, drag them back to your Inbox. Now, to delete the bad ones from your Delete folder, repeat the above process. Good luck... Vicki "m federko" wrote in message .. . I have two email messages in my inbox that are giving me a problem. Every time I click on either one OE freezes and gets non responding message. I can not delete them. Norton did not find any problems in the file. One message is 8kb and other is 25kb, not too large. If I go into the Find tool and try to delete that will freeze up too. Task manager shows 100% CPU usage when everything freezes. The email works fine as long as I don't click on either of those two emails. How can I get rid of them? thanks |
