Hi Marc,
Does the shortcut used to start OE point to the correct folder? See if this Microsoft KB article helps: OLEXP: Error Message When You Start Outlook Express After Windows 2000 Service Pack 1 Installation http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;296969 -- Tim K. aka Kuay Tim MS-MVP - Outlook Express Lynnwood, WA * "Marc" wrote in message ... I moved the application data to another location on a different drive using XSet-Up Pro and moved the application data there. I've have moved the DBX files to a new location out of the application data tree and I still get the 0x8007007E, 126 and the msoe.dll failure to initialize messages. I have un-installed and reinstalled IE several times and the problem persists. I have installed and unistalled XP service pack 2. What am I missing? Thanks Marc |
