I use Hotmail via Outlook Express.
Whenever I receive mail there are 2 identical messages How can I arrange for 1 message only sidcliffe

Thanks to each of you for the question and the answers. This was a problem
for me also but just with OE, not hotmail. Thanks for the solution. In options, it is not clear that checking both those options would result in duplicates of the same email message. With both of these options checked, OE essentially is asking for Hotmail or MSN Web mail messages twice, concurrently.
