Default Can not view the recieved message

Hi All

I have just recently developed an issue with OE6 where some received
messages can not be viewed instead I am getting a message:

Message has not been downloaded
Outlook Express has not yet downloaded this message.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
To download the message:
Press Space.

Outlook Express

I have clicked and pressed space but no response what so ever.

Can someone please assist me resolving this issue, it will be highly
appreciated and many thanks in advance.

That is usually due to a corrupt message store. Go to File | Identities and
set up a new Identity. If that works okay, then use File | Import |
Messages to get those from the older Identity.

Hi Steve.....I am having the same problem but the message "message has not
been downloaded" only applies to three days' worth of messages that still
redide on my MSN web based mail server (along with 5 months of other messages
that I would prefer not to have to rfeload into OE6 from MSN. Should I still
set up a new identity? If so, how do I limit the upload from MSN to OE6 to
only include the three days of messages that didn't load properly? Thanks.

I'm sorry but my expertise does not extend to MSN stuff. Maybe someone else
can answer that.
